It is a high performance one part middle-high-grade neutral structure silicone sealant that offer a quickly speed of curing, elasticity and primely adhesion to most materials in all seasons. It is non-corrosive to metals. For high strength glazing and sealing application.

Where to use

Widely used as weather resistance sealing for all kinds of glass curtain wall, large flat glass, glass skylight roof, coated glass, electronic products, machine and some kinds of medical treatment equipment adhesive, water-proof and dusty-proof.

Restriction of usage

Can’t be used as structural sealant;

Unsuitable for the surface of all kinds of material that can effuse grease, plasticizer or solvent;

Unsuitable for the airproof location, because it is required to absorb moisture in air to cure for the sealant;

Unsuitable for the frosty or moist surface;

Unsuitable for the continually soggy or moist place

Cannot be used the product, if the temperature is below 4°C or above 50°C on the surface of the materials

Safety precaution

Preparation

Surfaces must be clean, dry and free of frost, grease, dust and other contaminants. To obtain maximum adhesion, surfaces should be flat to provide adequate contact. Painted surfaces must be well cured and free of loose paint. Sand glossy surfaces to a dull finish. Pre-fit all materials before applying adhesive. Cut the tip off the cartridge and screw the nozzle, then apply with silicone gun.

Application

Apply sealant with steady pressure, forcing the sealant into the joint. Smooth bead immediately with a wet finger or a tool. Remove masking tape immediately after tooling and wipe excess off of hands and tools. Sealant is paintable within 2 hours depending on temperature and humidity. Allow at least 24 hours before exposing to water. Periodically clean cured sealant with non-abrasive cleaner for best appearance. Note: The clear product will extrude white and will turn clear as it dries.

Effect

Strong adhesive and sealing property for the crack between all kinds glass curtain wall and metal, after applying, it can bond the parts very strong and seal the crack closely, and it is weatherproof, waterproof.
